Mail and AddressesIf you live in the Classics, Suites, or Student Apartments, your mailbox is located on the 2nd floor of Joe West Hall in the Resident Mailroom. You will receive your mailbox number and combination in your assignment letter. Your new mailing address will include this mailbox number. Therefore, mail addressed to you should read: First Name, Last Name This is your personal mailbox while you live on-campus with us. So, even if you move rooms or apartments from year to year, your mailbox never has to change! If you live in the Faculty/Staff/Guest apartments, your mail is delivered directly to your apartment building by the U.S. post office. Therefore, mail addressed to you should read: First Name, Last Name If you require the actual building addresses they are as follows:
Your Tower Card and the Dining CommonsResidents need to present their Tower Card (SJSU ID card) to gain access to the Dining Commons. To obtain a Tower Card, bring a photo ID to the Student Services Center (located in the 10th Street Garage). They are open Monday-Friday, 9am – 4pm. Meal service in the Dining Commons begins August 19th at 5pm. Only Brunch and Dinner services are offered from August 20th – August 21st. Regular meal service begins on August 22nd with the following schedule: We’re Here to Help!The Housing office will be open during move-in to help with any concerns you may have. Beyond our regular office hours of Monday – Friday, 9am – 4pm, we will have special hours for the following days: Saturday, August 23rd, 10am – 6pm You can also email us at info@housing.sjsu.edu or call us at (408) 795-5600.
